All Levels Flow
All Levels Flow are based upon traditional vinyasa style yoga, linking breath to movement. Variations and modifications are offered to create more of a challenge or find stability in the flow. Beginners welcome.
Yoga Basics is the perfect place to begin your yoga journey, brush up on your skills, or learn the foundations of yoga. This is the ideal place for true beginners as well as seasoned yogis. With a focus on proper alignment, fundamental vinyasa poses and creating flow, this class offers something for everyone.
Relax & Restore
Whether it is a long day at work, high impact workouts, training for a marathon, or just too much stress, our bodies deserve the time to restore and reset. Come enjoy 60 minutes of slow, deep stretches with lots of props. It's like hitting the reset button. This class is ideal for all students.
Warm Power Flow
Turn up the heat! Body heat and room temperature that is. This 60 minute Power Vinyasa will warm you up from the cooler weather, probably even make you sweat a little. Each class will be set to music, moving through a sequence of various poses and most likely include arm balances and inversions.
Our 60 minutes of relaxing Slow Flow is designed to help make your day better. This class is based upon traditional vinyasa style yoga, linking breath to movement. Feel good variations and modifications are offered to create more of a challenge or find stability in the flow.
The Community Class is an all levels donation based class currently offered one or more Saturdays a month. (Please check the schedule for this floating class.) This is a great time for first timers and new students to check out what Avara Yoga is all about. Please bring a mat, a small towel for sweat and water. All cash donations made go to a charity picked that week.
